2011-2012 SCWBA Student Build Home
3407 North Wright Road, Janesville

The members of the South Central Wisconsin Builders Association are again providing a great educational opportunity for the Advanced Construction students from both Parker and Craig High Schools in Janesville.

The first SCWBA Student Build began in September 2007.  SCWBA member and General Contractor Tim Weber, Webco Inc. volunteered to provide the site, the spec home and the guidance for the students.  The home was completed in May 2008, sold, with proceeds used to support the 2008-2009 SCWBA Student Build.

SCWBA Member Wellnitz & Sarow Builders provided a lot and spec home for the 2008-2009 Student Build home located at 2602 Antler Drive in Janesville, which was sold and completed in August 2009.

SCWBA Member and 2009 President Todd Bogner of Bogner Construction provided the home at 3315 N Wright Road, Janesville for the students to learn at during the construction of the home.  This home has been sold.

SCWBA Member and 2011 President Eric Richards of Richards Construction was the general contractor of the 2010-2011 Student Build Home at 3333 N. Wright Road.  This home is sold.

SCWBA Member Rory Larson of Timberland Builders is the General Contractor for the 2011-2012 home at 3407 N Wright Road.  Watch as it progresses throughout the school year.  This home is for sale.
