RJ Hirsch Builder, Inc. welcomes you to its second 2008 parade home. At 1,546 square feet, this home proves that great things come in small packages.

The split bedroom design offers privacy for the home's owners and the exposed lower level will someday offer extra square footage for the growing family.

The high ceilings in the kitchen, dinette, and living room enhance the open feeling of this floor plan. Lots of windows in the dinette and living room offer great views of the large back yard and park. The dramatic kitchen features maple cabinets with lots of counter space and a unique custom maple island top. Beautiful rosewood floors add warmth and provide a nice contrast to the painted woodwork.

The first floor laundry features cubbies to store jackets and shoes for the kids. The master bath has a large ceramic tile shower and a nice walk-in-closet.
