It is my pleasure to welcome you to the South Central Wisconsin Builders Association 2007 Parade of Homes. This year’s association celebrates “60 Years” of quality and dedication related to the building industry. Through our membership, professionals keep on top of new developments in the construction trades, network with each other and proactively monitor government regulations that affect home affordability. SCWBA members are active in the community and participate in many community projects.
The 19 new construction homes on display are brought to you by experienced and creative builders who demonstate their quality, craftsmanship, careful design and the latest in technology that make these homes unique. In addition, this year we’ve teamed up with 3 remodeled home builders to bring you alternative ideas to your building needs.
Whether you’re building your first home, planning your dream home or just looking for ideas to remodel an existing home, we’re sure there’s something to please everyone.
I would like to thank John Favreau, our 2007 Parade of Homes Chairman and the entire committee for bringing us a top notch parade this year.
